Friz Drip is a small, handmade business in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, and we want every shopper to be able to browse, choose and buy our bar soap, body buttercream and vegan lip balm with ease.
Our goal
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That guides how we build this site: readable color contrast, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields and text descriptions for product photos.
What we do
- Check new pages and features using only a keyboard before they go live.
- Write alt text for product photos that describes what you would see.
- Keep motion to a minimum and respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Review the site again when we add new apps or features.
Known limits
Some features come from outside apps, such as reviews, rewards and checkout. We choose apps with accessibility in mind, but we do not control all of their code. If something gets in your way, please tell us and we will help you finish your order another way.
Tell us what you need
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need product information in another format, email us at support@frizdrip.com. We read every message and aim to reply within 2 business days.
